The winged sprint car division has been ultra-competitive this season. Watsonville’s Justin Sanders is still the driver to beat, but a plethora of drivers are giving chase. Marysville Raceway is offering the closest, tight knit racing group in Northern California on a weekly basis.

The street stock division is popular at other tracks and this will be there second visit of the season at Marysville. The track is optimistic of a good car count.

It has been two months since the Pro 4 Sprints have enjoyed a night of racing at the speedway. The Pro 4 Sprints had a busy schedule early in the 2015 season and have produced roughly 10 cars per event.

Mini Stocks continue to shine on the clay oval. Jimmy Ford has been the most consistent driver and leads Shaun Merritt by 9 points. Damian Merritt and Kyle Davey each has championship hopes but need to end up in victory lane this Saturday night.
