Watsonville’s Justin Sanders is the current leader of the winged 360 point standings. He holds a 17-point gap over Rio Linda’s Cody Lamar. Sander’s has three point race wins at Marysville this season. Lamar picked up his lone win on May 16th. Grass Valley driver Jeremy Burt sits in the third spot, just three markers behind Lamar. Currently, Cortney Dozier is 14-points behind Burt in the fourth spot. Five-time track champion Korey Lovell is 16-points back of Dozier.

Jimmy Ford holds a four point edge over Shaun Merritt in the mini stocks main event. Damian Merritt and Kyle Davey are engaged in a battle for third spot. Merritt leads Davey by just five championship points. Opening night winner James Foster rounds out the top five.

The super stocks division features drivers that genuinely seem to like each other and produce close knit racing. The General Jerry Bartlett, Courtney Dozier and James Castleberry lead the outlaw style renegade drivers into this Saturday nights point race.

Hopefully some hobby stocks drivers show up this Saturday night. Last point race absolutely zero cars showed up.

The B.C.R.A midget lites will hit the speedway for the first time. The traveling series runs the night before at Chico and should have plenty of cars considering the back to back nights of racing within a 45 mile distance.
