24th Annual Dwarf Car Nationals at Marysville Raceway

Marysville, CA (Sept 18, 2019) – This weekend, Marysville Raceway is proud to host the 24th Annual Dwarf Car Nationals. The race is presented by the Nor Cal Dwarf Car Association and is part of the Western State Dwarf Car Association. Lat year, over 75 Dwarf Cars packed the pit area. The Dwarf Cars are split into three different divisions; Pro, Veteran or Sportsman.
On Friday night, September 20th, all divisions will run heat races and main events. Saturday night, September 21st, the show will have a “Fast Dash” on top of qualifying races and main events.
Friday night the general admission into the grandstands is just one dollar for anyone six and older. Children, five and under are FREE. Front gate opens at 5 PM. First heat race should be on track no later than 6:30 PM. Saturday night, the adult general admission is $13.00, juniors and seniors $11.00; kids (6-11) $6.00 and children under the age of five are FREE.
Just a reminder for those racers coming to Marysville with younger kids that there is a family section where you can pit or park your RV’s. Kids are allowed with your RV and car and it’s easy to walk into the stands and back and forth to your pits safely.
During the races, there will be a guard at the gate to allow the cars through and your kids are welcome in the main pits until racing starts and of course, after the event for dinner.
While racing is the focus, a Thursday night Neon party will take place inside the Marysville Raceway pit area. The organization also host great food and raffle items for its family of competitors.
The Dwarf Cars have always played a big part in racing at Marysville Raceway. This year was no different. These drivers, crew members, car owners and fans all understand the idea of how to put on a quick and entertaining show. This weekend, fans will be treated to some of the best dirt track grassroots racing they will ever see.
